Joan's Sparkling Méthode Champenoise Rosé celebrates Joan Anson's wine journey. We re-fermented sparkling wines made together in our Hawthorn garage in the 1990's, Barwon Ridge 2011 Chardonnay, 2021 Barwon Ridge Pinot Noir/Chardonnay and our first Pinot Meunier. All of the components were co-fermented and some additional Pinot Noir was added to produce a lovely pink hue. A never to be repeated tribute to Joan. Joan Anson (1950 - 2021)
